If you need to apply for a visa to enter Korea and require an invitation letter from the organizer, please select "Yes" under “Invitation Letter Request” and complete the “Invitation Letter” page when creating your account.
Once your application is submitted, the relevant Korean authorities will issue an official invitation letter for visa processing.
Since visa processing takes time, we strongly recommend submitting your request well in advance.
Note: Your final registration payment must be completed before your Invitation Letter Request can be processed.
